All e-mail is visible and accessible in Outlook though.<br \/>\nI logged onto OWA\u00a0using the user&#8217;s credentials and noted the same. I then saw that the view in OWA is set to\u00a0messages (which should show all messages)\u00a0as per below:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/exchangetimes.files.wordpress.com\/2011\/05\/owa11.gif\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-54\" title=\"owa1\" src=\"http:\/\/exchangetimes.files.wordpress.com\/2011\/05\/owa11.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"345\" height=\"47\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>I then chose unread messages (which shows unread mail but not necessarily all or recent mail) as per below:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/exchangetimes.files.wordpress.com\/2011\/05\/owa2.gif\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-51\" title=\"owa2\" src=\"http:\/\/exchangetimes.files.wordpress.com\/2011\/05\/owa2.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"380\" height=\"45\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>This showed all unread mail but not the results we wanted. I then chose messages again and all mail was shown as we expected it in the first place. All read, unread, most recent and old mail as per the Outlook client was visible.<\/p>\n<p>This however is a quick fix and the first time that I&#8217;ve personally seen it.
