My Frigate <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Network_video_recorder\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">NVR<\/a> is running on a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.docker.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Docker<\/a> container and checking the logs I found that predominantly the error <em><strong>[Errno 111] Connection refused<\/strong><\/em> popped up.<\/p>\n<p>I also received an error about unable to connect to <a href=\"https:\/\/mqtt.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">MQTT<\/a> and then realised that I need to check MQTT.<\/p>\n<p>I am using <a href=\"https:\/\/www.home-assistant.io\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Home Assistant<\/a> as my MQTT broker and found that after updating Home Assistant the MQTT service did not start and was set to not start at boot.<\/p>\n<p>I managed to run and connect to Frigate after the MQTT service on Home Assistant was started and set to start at boot.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I updated my Debian server and noticed that Frigate won&#8217;t start up.
