The work around that resolved this for me is as per below:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Open Notepad and browse to: C:\\Program Files\\Microsoft\\Exchange Server\\V15\\Bin (or where you installed Exchange).<\/li>\n<li>Look for the config file (MsExchangeMailboxReplication.exe.config) and open it.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Hit ctrl + f and search for graph. You will see the below entries.<a href=\"http:\/\/exchangetimes.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/config1.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-492\" src=\"http:\/\/exchangetimes.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/config1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"533\" height=\"134\" srcset=\"http:\/\/exchangetimes.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/config1.png 533w, http:\/\/exchangetimes.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/config1-300x75.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 533px) 100vw, 533px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Change the &#8220;2&#8221; to &#8220;3&#8221; in order to increase the limit.<\/li>\n<li>Restart the Microsoft Exchange Mailbox Replication service on the server you are migrating the mailbox to.<\/li>\n<li>Resume the move-request.<\/li>\n<li>Change the above back to the previous values and then restart the\u00a0Microsoft Exchange Mailbox Replication service again.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>I managed to complete the mailbox move after running through the above.
